Bazargan Mountain

The Best Option For a One Day Hike

Most people come to kerman for it’s Lut desert but if they new in advance that they can do a one day hike, they would certainly do that.

Bazargan is located alongside Kerman city; Hence, it’s the best option if you have limited time and want to hike a high and alluring mountain in short time.

The peak is around 3250m and has the most gorgeous view over Kerman and lower mountains. Also, they way to the peak is exceptionally beautiful and eye catching.

Hezar Mountain

The highest, the most beautiful

With more than 4500m, Hezar is highest mountain of Kerman and one the highest in Iran. It’s been named Hezar (which means thousand in Farsi) because the hillside is covert with thousands of herbals.

Since this enchanting mountain has 3 sides to ascend; you have many options to it by your own style. The easier and first face is through Babzangi village and the hardest and second one is via Rayen waterfall and Hezar shelter.

Rayen’s waterfall is one of Kerman’s attractions and this tour will start just near that waterfall.

After passing the waterfall we will head for the Hezar’s shelter and spend the night over there.

After wondering around in the following morning and enjoying the amazing landscape we will head back to Kerman.

After passing the Rayen’s waterfall we will head for the Hezar’s Shelter and spend the night over there.

In the next morning we will start our trekking toward Kerman’s highest peak; reach the peak near noon and get back to Kerman in the evening.

Joupar Mountain

Joupar is a huge chain of mountains which feed a vast land near city of Kerman, Mahan included. As a result, some of the early settlements of Iran happened in this area.

Being the symbol of Kerman’s mountains; without any doubt this whopping mountain is one of the toughest and hardest to ascend.

Joopar has many peaks above 4000m and climbing most of them is a challenge; Actually, even getting to the shelter is quiet challenging itself.

Start early morning we will try to climb the Seh-Shakh peak of Joupar mountains which will take about 12 hours. After returning to the shelter and rest the night over there we will get back to Kerman in the third day.

Tafk peak is among the easiest peaks of Joupar mountains and reaching it takes about 2-3 hours.

After coming back from the peak, we will rest a little bit in the shelter and have our lunch over there and go back to Kerman afterwards.
